Next Step Conditioning Systems embodies what James E. Bowman and Israel A. Sanchez have molded in their efforts to bridge the gap between the Medical and Fitness communities. Their hard work aspires to bring the missing component in the quest for Health and to restore respect and credibility to Fitness Professionals.

Both Coaches acknowledge that they can only be in one place at once and the number of people seeking their guidance grows everyday. They know they need the support of a solid team. In their efforts to meet the demands, they have recruited a few individuals who showed the capacity to be objective, the desire to make learning their priority, and the dedication to make this their life path.
