Policies

  1. 2-Way 24 Hour Cancellation Policy - All cancellations must be done with a minimum of 24 hours. No exceptions. Any session cancelled in less than the allotted time is considered a late cancellation and will be charged. The 2-Way also benefits you. If your coach cancels late, you will not be charged for your next session.

  2. Next Step Conditioning Systems offers Training Programs only. All clients are involved in a training program and have sessions based on the programs selected to best meet their goals and schedule. Single sessions are not available.

  3. Training programs are paid in advance. "Paying as we go" is not an option. No sessions will be scheduled if you are not part of a training program. For your convenience, payments are done through EFT.

  4. We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover, and American Express.

  5. Training programs are not a contract and either you or you coaches may choose to discontinue without any further obligations. We require two weeks notice before discontinuing or freezing an account.

  6. ALL Sales are final

  7. All sessions start on time. Late sessions (15 or more minutes) may be cancelled or continued, at the discretion of your coach. Cancelled sessions will be charged.

  8. Intoxication is detrimental to your performance and safety. If you show up intoxicated or exhibiting signs of a recent intoxication, you will be dismissed and charged for the session.

  9. Kettlebell Classes Only. You will not be admitted into the studio 5 minutes after the start of the class.

  10. Tandem Training Only. See 24 hr. cancellation policy. Remaining balance will be credited to the next billing cycle.
