What is the experience like?
Your exercise prescription must focus 100% on what is productive for YOU, not necessarily on what everyone else thinks you should be doing. This focus alone INMMEDIATELY eliminates all that could be contraindicated for you and ensures that your transition will be a productive one.
Every client without exception will start with a thorough health screening, anthropometry, nutritional analysis, and of course the Objective Structural and Biomechanical Analysis (OBSA).
Based on the results of OBSA, the coaches will address the issues that interfere with your performance. This is done through the applications of Integrative Neurosomatic Therapy (INT) and adding an initial exercise prescription that will help you address those issues permanently.
This is time for you, and only you working with your coach. You will be exposed to techniques and exercises that are foreign to you. The coaches design the exercises based on your conditions and how the application of forces can help you correct those conditions rather than exacerbate them.
You can be sure you will not find many of those exercises in manuals. The coaches do not follow general protocols, only the principles of physics and how they affect YOU. That is how they design their exercise prescription, not by copying routines from literature.
You will also find out why your coaches are in high demand. Their client retention is measured in YEARS, not weeks or months. Why? Simple. How often do I need to meet with my coaches?
Depending on the results of your Structural and Biomechanical Assessment, your current conditioning, and experience, you have the following options to help you implement your program:
1 One-on-One Session per week; 4 sessions per month
Excellent for those adding our training to their current program, the frequent traveler, and those who would like to focus more on Integrative Neurosomatic Therapy. You have 4 sessions to use in a month in any combination that is suitable for your current needs and demands. The average is one session per week
2 One-on-One Sessions per week; 8 sessions per month
For those just getting started or returning from a prolonged absence. This is ideal to condition your structure and ease the transition into physical activity. You have 8 sessions per month to use in any combination that is suitable for your current needs and demands. The average is 2 sessions per week.
3 One-on-One Sessions per week; 12 sessions per month
For those who had enough of the guess work, are done making excuses and realize that blaming other people for their misery is avoiding responsibility, this is the perfect way to start a new life. You have 12 sessions per month to use in a manner and frequency that will help you make progress without harming your health. Your coaches will help you determine the frequency per week, but the average is 3 times.
